Each group names itself and decides on a project. The loan is granted and repayment terms agreed upon. The work is shared and the revenues are collected. When the loan is repaid, the group receives public recognition and a certificate - similar to a letter of credit. Other Work Performed With the help of Project Apogee - Outreach, Needs Analysis, Field Studies, Networking With Grassroots Community, Agricultural Training, Literacy Training, Job Skill, Training, Nutrition Education, and Community and Personal Health (HIV AIDS Awareness and malaria prevention) included.
